Muffin Tin Scalloped Potatoes

I just made the best version of scalloped potatoes ever, and easiest - in a muffin tin-

In each muffin spot of the muffin tin, I put a little whole milk, maybe 1/8 of the way full, and some salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder.

Then I put a slice of uncooked yam. Then a slice of ham, then a slice of pepper jack cheese, then a slice of potato, then a slice of butter. Then I filled the cavity around the edge with a couple of spoonfuls of parmesan cheese, and I topped it off with some grated sharp cheddar.

I cooked it in a 400-degree oven for about 15 minutes. They turned out so good!
